Almost always will you notice that Saturdays are forever occupied with festivities asides those Saturdays where Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) decides to lord their leadership prowess in order to determine the next governing tenure. Lol! We see also that these celebrations are not without money making avenues.... A major one to consider is 'Event Centres'. People sure need a location to situate their activities. As we know, landed properties appreciate in value and all below, above and on it accrues to the OWNER. Who taught us that we have to build rooms in order to recoup capital? How about setting removable canopies for events that will happen every now and then? Wouldn't that generate more cash flow than houses where tenants become Kings?
