BUSINESS IDEA: OWNING EVENT CENTRES
Almost always will you notice that Saturdays are forever occupied with festivities asides those Saturdays where Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) decides to lord their leadership prowess in order to determine the next governing tenure. Lol!
We see also that these celebrations are not without money making avenues.... A major one to consider is 'Event Centres'. People sure need a location to situate their activities. As we know, landed properties appreciate in value and all below, above and on it accrues to the OWNER. Who taught us that we have to build rooms in order to recoup capital? How about setting removable canopies for events that will happen every now and then? Wouldn't that generate more cash flow than houses where tenants become Kings?
Reasons why you should consider starting an event centre:
1. The profit from a residential apartment is usually collected once in a year, while that of an event centre is realized after every event.
2. If the event centre is erected is such a way that it is dismantled after use, there will be no need for A/C, Fans, Chandeliers etc, which makes it even more cost effective for the owner. Only decorations will be enough to beautify while the canopy serves as a shade from the weather.
3. If a good site is gotten, parking spaces could generate even more auxiliary means of making more profit.
4. Whereas a residential property can be restricted in its use, event centres can serve multipurposely, thereby, enhancing its income generation.
5. An event centre is likely to be maintained since people do not live in it, they only use it for the time allotted. Hence, the owner can take care of it satisfactorily.
6. Unlike homes, event centres may not require so much consumption of power supply, water, plumbing etc.
Conclusively, if the money you have at the moment cannot build that mansion you envision, consider a short-term goal like erecting a platform for short leases and watch magic happen before your very eyes.
