How to back up or restore your phone-book contacts on Android phones
Many are puzzled with how to back up their phonebook contacts in case of loss or crash of phone.
Here are detailed steps.
STEP #1:
Go to Menu, then find Contacts. Click to open.
Click on the three vertical dots (...) at the top right corner.
Some options will be displayed. Select Import/Export.
Click Import from .vcf file.
Click on Select All to choose all your contacts or your preferred choice. And click Done.
Give it a name you desire and select where to save it, either on phone or external memory. And click Done.
You will see an icon at the top that saving is in progress.
Then you will see a popup response that saving is finished.
You can then go to your File Manager to view the file.
If you are restoring your contacts, choose where you want it saved. So you will have options such as the ones below.
